Our fees
Our fees and disbursements for the incorporation services included :
- Consultation on line or in person;
- Booking of your registered company name;
- Constitution of your joint stock company(SPA);
- Obtaining of the enterprise number of Quebec (NEQ) from the REgistrar of enterprises of Quebec (REQ) ;
- Application to the Canadian Association of Medical Protection (ACPM);
- Application to the College des medecins of Quebec (CMQ);
- Application to the authority of health insurance of Quebec (RAMQ) ;
- Organisation and the structure of the joint stock company;
- Obtaining of your company number as well as your tax deducted at source numbers from the fiscal authorities;
- Subscribing to the Commission of health and security (CSST) if necessary;
- Minutes and the book of minutes of the company;
The disbursements is 1100$ + our fees of 5300$ = 6400$ + taxes payable by 3 payment of 2408$.
